Qualifications:

• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must obtain a ServSafe Certification within the first 60 days of employment or promotion.
• Previous retail or food service management experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Development: Oversee all personnel functions, including active involvement in hiring, training, coaching, and performance appraisal of all staff members.
• Operational Excellence: Direct daily store activities to ensure peak efficiency, including meticulous management of the operating budget, labor scheduling to meet business needs, and diligent monitoring of cash handling and petty cash procedures.
• Inventory and Quality Control: Execute detailed inventory procedures to minimize product loss and variance, strictly applying FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards, and confirming all products, especially chicken salad preparation, meet company-defined standards and slicing guidelines.
• Guest Experience: Expertly manage all customer interactions, swiftly and satisfactorily resolving issues to guarantee a positive dining experience and foster customer loyalty; actively promote the customer reward program.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Implement effective sales strategies and coach team members on upselling and sampling protocols to boost transaction counts and overall sales across all product lines (e.g., bakery, retail).
• Compliance and Facility Standards: Ensure the facility consistently adheres to the highest cleanliness and health safety regulations; utilize all company tools for opening and closing procedures and maintain adherence to company uniform policy for self and staff.
• Communication and Engagement: Actively participate in all required corporate training and company promotional objectives; maintain clear communication by asking questions and providing constructive suggestions to the District Manager for continuous improvement.
