Position summary: To assist in the set-up, operation and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant; washes, stores and stocks all plate ware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant. Correctly cleans and maintains the dishwashing machine. Keeps dish machine area clean and sanitary.

Necessary background and skill set:

The position calls for the ability to stand and exhibit sustained mobility for a maximum of four hours continuously.

The job necessitates a consistent capacity to bend, stoop, lift, and move heavy items such as dish racks, trash receptacles, and linen bags, up to 75 pounds in weight.
Wash, organize, and refill all dinner plates, tumblers, utensils, cups, soup bowls, cooking pots, pans, and other kitchenware to maintain a satisfactory quantity available for guest service
Illustrate attention to detail when supporting spot cleaning activities for floors, carpets, walls, and furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for employees and guests
Refine your communication strategies to articulate thoughts persuasively and engage listeners
