Typical responsibilities:

• Prepare an assortment of handmade cocktails, non-alcoholic mocktails, and unique specialty beverages with precision and creativity, using high-quality elements, procedures, and embellishments. Persistently introduce fresh and exciting drink creations.
• Create a superior customer service standard by warmly welcoming customers, initiating friendly and professional conversations, and understanding their preferences. Recommend and offer suggestions that cater to their preferences for a personalized and enjoyable visit.
• Prepare and serve drinks in a timely manner, adhering to company protocols and taking into account specific requests from patrons to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Illustrate a thorough grasp of both traditional and modern mixology practices, encompassing a diverse selection of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and mixers. Remain up to date with the evolving trends and cutting-edge methodologies within the mixology domain.
• Keep the bar area clean and well-organized, ensuring that all glassware, tools, and bar utensils are sanitized and easily reachable. Follow safety and hygiene guidelines, including the correct handling and storing of ingredients.
• Certification in safe alcohol service training is conferred upon meeting the requirements set forth in the training course
• Collaborate closely with teammates, including servers, kitchen personnel, and supervisors, to facilitate seamless operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Step in to help during peak hours and offer support in various roles within the establishment when requested.
• Manage customer payments with precision, responsibly handle cash, and oversee the security of the cash register, all while accurately recording sales, tips, and inventory to support efficient management and financial accountability.

The necessary background and skills:

• Ability in delivering extensive bar and wine service experience
• Mastery of high-end dining
• Being able to handle, lift, and move beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares, and equipment that weigh up to 50 pounds is a prerequisite
• Being adept at conveying information and actively hearing what supervisors, team members, and patrons have to say is vital.
