Job Summary of Grill Crew Member:

This role is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations by preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position contributes to a fast - paced, team - oriented environment where quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are priorities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Grill Crew Member:

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take orders and prepare menu items promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Accept responsibility for assigned tasks and follow through to completion.
• Assist in peak periods by staying flexible with work hours, including early arrivals or extended shifts.
• Support a positive work environment and help create a welcoming experience for customers and team members.

Qualifications and Experience of Grill Crew Member:

• Minimum age 16 years; high school students or graduates welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude with the ability to overcome obstacles in a fast - paced environment.
• Team player with accountability for tasks and responsibilities.
