Role and Responsibilities:

As a Culinary Team Member, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food quality and service excellence. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment focused on teamwork, precision, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently and securely handle the preparation, cooking, and assembly of diverse food items to maintain safety and effectiveness during the culinary process.
• Develop skills across various kitchen operations such as ingredient preparation, breading, frying, plate assembly, and efficient management of kitchen workstations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment at all times.
• Ensure a consistent flow of supplies and ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow established Chick-fil-A guidelines to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the introduction of new menu items and training programs as directed.
• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned to ensure operational readiness.
• Consistently adhere to company policies, maintaining professionalism in behavior and appearance.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support the success of the team.

• Physical capability to lift between 45 and 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts.
• No prior experience required training will be provided for qualified candidates.
