District Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring performance excellence in quality, service, cleanliness, financial performance, and team development. You will lead Restaurant General Managers to meet and exceed company goals while driving sales and operational efficiencies.

• Lead operational excellence across all units, ensuring standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
• Provide clear operational direction and coaching to restaurant teams, supporting implementation of new processes and platforms.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, food safety, and company compliance across the district.
• Manage overall financial planning, including food cost control, waste reduction, and profit forecasting.
• Conduct regular one-on-one business reviews to monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Lead guest service excellence by modeling positive behavior and resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Support effective labor scheduling and team readiness to meet speed-of-service expectations.
• Provide consistent leadership through management meetings, performance reviews, and developmental feedback.
• Coach and develop management teams on leadership skills and performance tools.
• Drive recruitment, retention, and succession planning strategies to strengthen team capabilities.
• Execute national and local sales promotions with operational precision and team engagement.
• Stay informed about competitive activity and implement proactive responses to protect sales performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1 to 4 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of high performance in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong command of English for effective communication.
• Willingness to complete required internal training workshops, including Management Training Foundations and SERVSAFE Level 2 certification (if not already completed).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a restaurant franchise environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage district-level operations with minimal oversight.
