Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cash Checker, you play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the overall upkeep of the restaurant to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, manage payments efficiently, and handle concerns professionally.
• Operate cash registers or POS systems and apply upselling techniques to maximize sales.
• Verify customer orders for accuracy before packaging food and beverage items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen areas, counters, prep stations, dining areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Follow health and safety guidelines in assigned work areas.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock as needed.
• Support various workstations, including front counter, Drive-Thru, prep board, and order expediting.
• Arrive promptly and consistently for scheduled shifts.
• Adhere to Burger King standards for personal appearance and professional presentation.
• Handle restaurant issues promptly and professionally.
• Support team development and help coordinate activities to achieve shared goals.
• Encourage positive communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Perform effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Maintain operational consistency and reliability.
• Demonstrate strong math and communication skills, and effectively interact with others.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
