Key Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, schedule, and coach Crew and Shift Leaders; set clear expectations and hold people accountable.
Create a guest-first culture: staff to demand, model service, resolve issues fast, and act on feedback.
Enforce safety, food safety, sanitation, and Brand standards; complete action plans to improve quality and speed.
Execute promotions and new product rollouts (training, sampling, merchandising).
Track results daily; control food, labor, and waste to hit profit goals.

Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in English; basic computer and writing skills; must be 18 (where applicable).
Restaurant/retail supervisory experience preferred.
Strong math and financial awareness; high school diploma or equivalent.
