• Supervise the restaurant's daily activities in order to maintain customer happiness
• Support, encourage, and motivate team members to collaborate cohesively

• Maintain quality and cleanliness levels in every part of the restaurant
• Assist in accomplishing sales and profit targets
• Undertake tasks such as processing deposits and supervising shift arrangements

Required Skills and Experience:

• Relevant leadership background in restaurant, hospitality, or retail settings for a period of at least two years is essential
• Expertise in creating and sustaining a harmonious team setting
• Enthusiasm for providing superb customer care and delectable food
• Full of vitality, sincere, inspiring, and zealous leadership approach
• Well-documented expertise in establishing and upholding superior performance criteria
• Those interested must fulfill the criteria of being at least 18 years old, owning a valid driver's license, maintaining a clean driving record, and having a minimum of one year of driving experience in the U.S.
