Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of previous experience in a full-service restaurant serving role is highly preferred.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years (or as required by state law for serving alcohol).

• Compensation Range: $45,000 - $60,000 - with potential for bonus based on eligibility and other business factors

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service to Guests, guiding them through the menu, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation and quality meet Outback Steakhouse standards.
• Anticipate Guest needs, check in regularly, and respond promptly to requests to enhance their dining experience.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and efficient table turns.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the entire menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
• Adhere to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as company policies and relevant laws.
