Role and Responsibilities of Restaurant Associate:

As a Restaurant Associate at Wendy's, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, fast, and enjoyable experience for our guests. Whether you are working in the kitchen, preparing food, or interacting with customers in the dining area, your dedication to providing high-quality service and food will help uphold Wendy's reputation for excellence. You'll handle drive-thru, counter service, or kitchen depending on the shift while supporting your team and jumping in where needed. Key responsibilities include

• Initiate customer engagements with a friendly demeanor and a commitment to excellent service.
• Craft meals the Wendy's way by following the company's guidelines for quality and freshness.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
• Provide guidance on menu selections, accurately documenting orders, and validating the accurate processing of all orders.
• Keep the restaurant spotless, fully stocked, and running with optimal efficiency.
• Offer your support to your team and be ready to contribute in any way necessary.
• Consistently uphold food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Utilize kitchen appliances safely and with efficiency.
• Carry out cash transactions accurately and process credit/debit payments effectively.
• Make sure the restaurant's dining area is clean and organized, ensuring it is consistently welcoming for guests.
• Facilitate quick and efficient issuance of change and receipts to customers.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and address issues with a positive demeanor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals for the duration of the shift.
• It is crucial to adhere to the security and safety protocols implemented by the organization.
• Arrive on time at the beginning of your shift and remain until all obligations have been fulfilled.

Required Skills and Experience of Restaurant Associate:

• Comfortable standing, moving, and lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed.

• Competence in enduring lengthy periods of being upright.

Preferred Qualifications for Restaurant Associate:

• Familiarity with food service or customer support from previous jobs.
• Knowledge of managing cash and performing register tasks.
