Store Manager

Job Summary:

Starbucks is looking for dynamic, purpose-driven Store Managers to lead and inspire teams, grow successful businesses, and create meaningful connections in their communities. As a Store Manager, you'll bring the Starbucks Experience to life, leading store operations, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service all while developing yourself and others as future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and quality customer experience.
• Grow a multi-million-dollar business through effective financial management, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
• Lead and coach a team of partners (employees) to achieve excellence in performance, engagement, and career development.
• Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for both partners and customers.
• Connect the store with the local community to drive engagement and make a positive impact.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or4+ years of U.S. military service
• High School diploma or GED required
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a sales-focused or entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
