Shift Supervisor/Assistant Manager

Burger King is seeking a Shift Supervisor/Assistant Manager to join its leadership team. Role and Responsibilities:

As a Shift Supervisor/Assistant Manager, you will lead your shift, motivate your team, and oversee restaurant operations to drive success and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with cash control and security measures, including accurate cash handling and safe management.
• Monitor inventory through daily and weekly inspections and manage the receipt of inventory deliveries.
• Lead team members to exceed guest expectations by delivering fast, accurate, and friendly service in clean environments.
• Provide coaching and performance evaluations to develop team skills and enhance restaurant performance.
• Serve as a role model by executing the shift plan to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and sale of items to meet speed of service standards.
• Motivate employees across all workstations to maintain high productivity and engagement.
• Assess restaurant performance to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.
• Maintain adherence to operational and brand standards.
• Support the team by performing Team Member duties as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college-level education preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in the quick-service restaurant industry.
