Role and Responsibilities:

The position of Associate Supervisor requires comprehensive oversight of store operations and proactive leadership to drive high performance from your team. This role is full-time and salaried, with responsibilities covering personnel management, operational effectiveness, sales achievements, and profitability.

• Take charge of overseeing store operations to maintain strict adherence to all established policies and procedures.
• Serve as a living example, establishing the benchmark for team conduct, results, and environment.
• Guide and mentor team members, particularly those who are new to managerial responsibilities or the techniques involved in pizza making.
• Direct the supervision of store employees' scheduling, staffing distribution, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain a workplace that is safe and stimulates productivity.
• Meet the set targets for sales, operational objectives, and profitability to ensure business success.
• Boost collaboration and cooperation by ensuring that communication with team members and upper management is both articulate and pertinent.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Embracing a sunny disposition and radiating high spirits.
• Demonstrated track record of managing multiple responsibilities for over two years.
• Previous experience with Domino's or managing diverse store networks and staff.
• Prospective candidates should be over 18 years of age and possess a strong driving record.
• Proficient handling of Outlook and email functions.
• A high school diploma or an alternative certification is mandated.
• Comply with background checks and validate eligibility for employment in the USA.
• Being able to dwell in the vicinity of the store's location.
