Qualifications:

• Preferably 02 years of relevant experience, but not strictly required.
• A foundational understanding of restaurant operations, concepts, and standard practices is helpful.
• Ability to rely on good judgment and past experience to manage tasks effectively.
• General familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment is a bonus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as a Dishwasher/Dish Tank Operator, maintaining smooth service flow through clear communication with servers and managers.
• Ensure the continuous cleanliness and sanitization of dining room tables and chairs after guest departures.
• Promptly and quietly clear used dishes from guest tables, delivering them to the designated dish area.
• Manage the dish tank area, guaranteeing dishes are efficiently cleaned, sanitized, and restocked for use in a timely manner.
• Take responsibility for the cleanliness of the entire restaurant, including the dining areas, kitchen floor, restrooms (cleaned and stocked at least every 30 minutes), and exterior property (foyer, sidewalk, etc.).
• Regularly empty trash receptacles from all designated areas throughout the shift.
• Assist with general back-of-house upkeep, including removing cardboard and grease and maintaining the cleanliness of the parking lot.
• Collaborate closely with all staff members to maintain a 100% satisfactory dining room cleanliness standard for our guests.
• Be willing to provide assistance in other operational areas or tasks as requested by management.
