Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrate consistent attendance and timeliness, with or without reasonable adjustments

• Carry out store rules and norms, which involve offering quality beverages and food products, managing cash transactions, and ensuring store safety and security, even with potential accommodations
• Connect with and grasp clients, including uncovering and reacting to customer demands through concise and friendly correspondence
• Produce food and drinks using prescribed or customized recipes
• Engage in various activities within the store throughout the duration of each shift
• Ability to swiftly absorb and apply new information and abilities
