Role and Responsibilities of Quick Service Team Member:

As a Quick Service Team Member at Wendy's, you are pivotal in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable, prompt, and inviting experience at the establishment. Whether you are assigned to kitchen duties, food preparation, or customer interaction in the dining space, your dedication to providing top-tier service and food plays a significant role in maintaining Wendy's reputation for excellence. Your responsibilities may encompass working the drive-thru, managing counter service, or assisting in the kitchen, based on the shift requirements, while also backing your team and stepping in wherever necessary:

• Begin customer interactions with a friendly welcome and outstanding service.
• Craft meals the Wendy's way by following the company's guidelines for quality and freshness.
• - Organize meetings and monitor timetable commitments. Manage phone calls coming in and going out.
• Help patrons with menu selections, accurately recording their orders, and ensuring that all requests are processed correctly.
• Maintain the cleanliness, inventory, and overall efficiency of the restaurant.

• Maintain adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation procedures continually.
• Properly handle and operate kitchen appliances.
