About the Role:

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will be a role model for the operational standards that define the Starbucks Experience. You will lead each shift alongside a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and expertly crafted beverages.

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in delegating tasks and coordinating teams for six months or more
• Extended period of over six months interacting with customers in a service setting
• Experience of one year in customer service, with a preference for candidates who have worked in retail or restaurant environments
• Ensuring consistent attendance and punctuality, whether accommodations are required or not
• Capable of adjusting work hours to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights
• Able to mentor or supervise individuals in food and beverage preparation to meet recipe expectations, including tailored preferences
• Aptitude to uphold operational guidelines and regulations, including safety measures, financial handling, and the quality of beverages provided
