The Store Manager role is critical in the daily success of a Papa John's location. This position oversees all store functions to ensure our 'Better Ingredients. Better Pizza.' promise is delivered consistently to every customer. You will be the defining leader responsible for driving operational excellence, superior customer service, and profitable results within your four walls.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the principal leader, guaranteeing outstanding customer experiences and ensuring every pizza meets Papa John's rigorous quality standards.
Guide, coach, and motivate all team members through effective training and timely feedback, ensuring consistent adherence to all brand operational protocols.
Uphold 100% compliance with all corporate policies, legal requirements, and health department regulations, maintaining a pristine and safe working and service environment.
Control all aspects of inventory, from placing accurate orders to conducting weekly audits, strictly minimizing spoilage, waste, and supply gaps.
Define, implement, and monitor daily operational plans aimed at achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer metrics, product excellence, and bottom-line profit.
Manage the store's entire financial lifecycle, including P&L, expense control, budgeting, and future sales forecasting.

Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of experience successfully managing a restaurant or QSR unit, ideally in a setting focused on speed and high customer volume.
Proven ability to lead and mentor staff, with a genuine dedication to cultivating talent and building cohesive, efficient store teams.
Excels in demanding, high-volume situations, demonstrating a commitment to results while actively fostering an uplifting and friendly team environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in controlling labor and food costs, performing financial analysis, and managing budgets to maximize store profitability.
