Job Duties and Responsibilities of Front of House Team Member:

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
Take orders accurately and offer helpful menu guidance.
Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to service standards.
Follow responsible alcohol service procedures.
Process payments accurately, manage transactions, and provide correct change.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area through regular clearing and resetting of tables.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Front of House Team Member:

Minimum age of 18 years.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to remain standing for the duration of the shift.
Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs comfortably.
