Role and Responsibilities:

In this leadership role, you will guide team members to ensure that every aspect of operations runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to maintain superior food quality, service, cleanliness, and team performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, promoting a workplace culture that values respect, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
• Lead by example through outstanding hospitality and accountability, motivating employees to deliver excellence.
• Optimize operational efficiency by managing inventory, scheduling, and ordering processes to control food and labor costs.
• Monitor financial performance, set performance goals, and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as Wingstop's policies and standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to reinforce company values, unity, and operational consistency.
• Collaborate with district and regional leaders to implement marketing strategies and strengthen community relationships.
• Resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on developing internal talent for long-term growth and advancement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in restaurant or food service management, with a focus on operations, leadership, and team development.
• Active Food Manager Certification required.
• Current TABC Certification required for roles involving beverage service.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned store locations.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with uniform standards, including non-slip black shoes.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and inspire team collaboration.
