Role and Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen Manager at Wingstop, you will be responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding food quality, and fostering a high-performance team culture. The role requires a results-oriented leader who can drive operational success, mentor team members, and maintain Wingstop's strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence.

• Supervise all restaurant operations to maintain top-tier standards in food quality, cleanliness, customer service, and team performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
• Lead by example to ensure hospitality excellence and instill ownership and accountability across the team.
• Enhance cost efficiency by optimizing inventory management, scheduling, and ordering systems to control food and labor expenses.
• Monitor financial performance, set strategic goals, and implement initiatives to increase profitability and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation protocols as well as company policies.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and reinforce company values.
• Collaborate with district and regional management to develop marketing strategies and strengthen community engagement.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold high satisfaction ratings.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture focused on employee growth and internal career advancement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in restaurant or food service management, with prior leadership experience at Wingstop preferred.
• Valid Food Manager Certification required.
• Current TABC Certification required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to designated restaurant locations as needed.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with uniform standards, including slip-resistant black shoes.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on team collaboration.
• Dedication to delivering superior guest experiences and mentoring employees for success.
• Exemplary professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all actions and decisions.
