As a member of our Front of House service team, the Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming first impression for every guest. This role supports Red Robin's mission to make every visit fresh, fun, and memorable.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient start to their dining experience. You will manage seating arrangements, communicate wait times, and maintain a positive atmosphere at the front door.

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Manage the wait list and take reservations as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance area

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 17 years of age or older
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a host or customer-facing role in a restaurant or hospitality setting

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Pay: $9.78–$11.80 per hour (based on a 40-hour week)
