Responsibilities of Server Assistant:
Extending a warm welcome to visitors and assisting with any questions about the menu to ensure a positive introduction to their visit.
Offering individualized care that makes every visitor feel appreciated and respected.
Accurately handling food orders and managing financial transactions in a proficient and efficient manner.
Exceling in a fast-paced restaurant environment where teamwork and communication play a central role is essential for personal growth.
Proficiently balancing various tasks to meet guest expectations in a timely fashion.
Ensuring the restaurant's cleanliness and organization meet the necessary food safety and sanitation standards.

Complying with the physical expectations associated with the role, which may involve extended periods of standing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting objects of up to 55 pounds, and completing customary tasks in a restaurant environment, possibly requiring reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications of Server Assistant:
Having the ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Having availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
