Role and Responsibilities:

Subway is seeking enthusiastic and energetic leaders for the role of Store Manager. As the Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a dynamic quick-service restaurant (QSR), focusing on driving sales, maximizing profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will be responsible for leading your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring the store meets all operational goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations: Ensuring financial viability by enforcing security and cash-handling guidelines, managing inventory levels, directing staff, reviewing financial documents, and executing strategies to drive profitability.
• Developing leadership skills: Supporting the growth and development of staff members, promoting from within, and ensuring employees are well-trained to meet operational standards.
• Delivering excellent customer care: Ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Managing compliance: Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including food safety, hygiene, and operational standards to pass all regulatory audits.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in QSR Management or Assistant Management, preferably in the fast-food sector.
• Experience working in a salaried position at a fast-food or informal dining establishment is preferred.
• Proven track record in growing revenue streams and optimizing financial performance.
• Strong ability to organize tasks efficiently and a commitment to developing others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and staff alike.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
• Proven ability to monitor and control food and labor costs effectively.
• Ability to boost sales through strategic planning and setting actionable goals aligned with business objectives.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary:
