Responsibilities of Shift Team Member:

• Adhere to the protocols outlined by the Brand for food and beverage preparation
• Comply with the regulations and standards regarding food safety and sanitation
• Stay informed about the variety of items on the menu, including any temporary deals or promotions
• Ensure that your workstation is clean and well-organized at all times for maximum efficiency
• Maintain stock levels as required
• Follow appropriate cash-handling procedures when using the cash register

Qualifications of Shift Team Member:

• Must have the ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, understand menus and Brand standards as well as converse comfortably with individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in this country
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
