Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring that, first and foremost, the overall operation of the restaurant adheres to Dunkin Brands and Company standards. Furthermore, the Restaurant Manager is expected to build profitable top line sales by developing a team which delivers a great guest experience through operational excellence. Requirements:

• Food safety, Serve Safe Certification is a plus!
• Understand and analyze what drives profit and loss performance.
• Deliver clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Know when to coach, support, and take charge as both a Leader and a Manager.
• This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
