As a Starbucks Beverage Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Starbucks Experience by providing outstanding service and expertly crafting a variety of offerings. Operating within a lively store atmosphere, you will have the chance to develop your skills in food and beverage preparation, work closely with fellow baristas, and engage with a diverse customer base daily.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prior experience is not a requirement
• Practice regular attendance and punctuality, whether accommodations are needed or not
• Available for shifts that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Observe store procedures and benchmarks, including serving quality beverages and food products, handling cash transactions, and securing the store, with or without necessary accommodations
• Understand and attend to customer needs by engaging with them through articulate and congenial communication
• Prepare meals and beverages by following standard or tailored guidelines
• Manage a variety of tasks within the store throughout your scheduled work period
• Ability to swiftly absorb and apply new information and abilities
• Skilled in the interpretation and execution of both oral and written instructions, including the ability to ask for clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Being a team player involves actively participating in group endeavors and fostering a cohesive team spirit
