Food Service Helper

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Efficiently transfers pre-made dishes from the kitchen to patrons in the dining room promptly and effectively, ensuring that every item is served at the right temperature and with the desired appearance.
• Stays updated on menu offerings and modifications to accurately fulfill orders and respond correctly to guest inquiries.
• Conforms to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines stipulated by the company and local authorities while handling food and equipment.
• Facilitates clear communication between kitchen and serving staff to maintain order accuracy and coordinate course timing.
• Provides respectful and skilled engagements with customers, promptly addressing their needs and questions to enrich the overall dining atmosphere.
• Facilitates the preservation of a hygienic, well-maintained, and safe setting in the kitchen and dining spaces.
• Carries out assigned additional responsibilities, such as restocking supplies, shining silverware, arranging service stations, and performing routine cleaning tasks.
• Collaborates with team members to sustain company service criteria and secure ongoing guest gratification.
• Conducts other job-related duties as specified by supervisors or managers.
