Job Summary of Kitchen Crew Member:

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily restaurant operations. Team members maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, prepare food according to brand and safety standards, and uphold Dairy Queen's commitment to quality and service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Crew Member:

• Represent the Dairy Queen brand professionally and provide a friendly, welcoming experience to all guests.
• Greet and interact with guests enthusiastically while delivering timely, high - quality service.
• Prepare food products quickly and accurately following restaurant, health, and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely, including grills, fryers, and freezers.
• Complete preparation work for stocking and setting up food stations.
• Address guest concerns calmly and follow service recovery procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to maintain a cooperative work environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests and staff.
• Demonstrate a consistent passion for excellence in all tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Crew Member:

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude when interacting with guests and co - workers.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Capable of standing for entire shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
• Comfortable handling raw, frozen, and cooked food products, including temperature - sensitive items.
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and compliance with local health regulations.
• Good personal hygiene, punctuality, and enthusiasm for providing excellent service.
