Job Summary of Store Opener:

This position supports daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment by preparing food and beverages, serving guests with a positive attitude, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Opener:

Provide prompt, welcoming service and respond to guest needs with courtesy.
Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to quality and presentation standards.
Complete orders accurately and maintain required service times.
Support dining room, service line, and workstation cleanliness at all times.
Follow food safety procedures and sanitation standards.
Assist in restocking, merchandising, and product rotation as needed.
Operate POS systems and handle payment transactions with accuracy.
Communicate effectively with team members to maintain efficient workflow.
Support promotional items and menu offerings by explaining and preparing featured products.
Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
