Role and Responsibilities:

As a Food Runner, you will provide a seamless dining experience for guests, support team members, and contribute to a welcoming and organized restaurant environment. You will actively engage with patrons, maintain cleanliness, and assist in achieving overall guest satisfaction.

• Offer personalized and welcoming assistance to every guest
• Enhance guest experiences through proactive communication and timely service
• Maintain table cleanliness by pre-bussing glassware, plates, silverware, and other items
• Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction levels are met
• Adapt to flexible work schedules including weekends, weekdays, and holidays as required
