Job Duties and Responsibilities of Chef:

Prepare menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
Complete assigned prep tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
Set up and organize workstations based on company standards.
Follow safe and sanitary food handling practices at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift and after closing duties.
Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure required tasks are completed.

Qualifications and Experience of Chef:

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Able to stand for the duration of the assigned shift.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds comfortably.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
