Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience (preferred, but not strictly mandatory) in a professional back-of-house (BOH) position, such as a prep cook, line cook, or similar kitchen role.
Ability to hold or rapidly obtain a valid local Food Handler's certification or equivalent necessary documentation.
Exceptional commitment to teamwork, a reliable work ethic, and a positive, eager-to-learn mindset these foundational traits are considered essential for success and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities:

Execute all food orders from appetizers to entrees accurately and with the required speed, strictly adhering to established recipes, consistent quality standards, and any specified dietary requirements.
Efficiently manage the flow of food preparation, including timing and plating, to meet high-volume demands and service deadlines without compromising presentation or taste.
Manage and organize workstation inventory levels, proactively assessing and communicating supply needs to the management team to ensure continuous kitchen operations during peak hours.
Uphold stringent local and company sanitation, health, and hygiene protocols at all times, diligently ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
