Job Duties and Responsibilities of Baskin Robbins Crew Member:

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to company standards.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to accurately process customer orders and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking, prep, and customer areas.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions to guide guest choices.
• Monitor food quality and portion control to ensure consistent service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while handling equipment and food products.
• Assist in daily paperwork and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience of Baskin Robbins Crew Member:

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team - oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a computerized POS system.
• Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service and a willingness to learn.
