Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for performing maintenance and construction activities to keep Quality Huts locations running efficiently and profitably. You will manage resources, monitor contracts, and support a safe and welcoming environment for employees, vendors, and guests.

• Quote and perform all necessary repairs on equipment and facilities across all Quality Huts locations.
• Directly monitor maintenance contracts and schedules to ensure adherence and correct invoicing.
• Submit blueprints, drawings, and plans to PHI, State, City, and Local authorities for remodels and build-outs.
• Promote a culture of safety and comfort free from harassment for vendors and technicians.
• Assist the Operations team in maintaining standards of food quality, service friendliness, facility cleanliness, and safety for employees and guests.
• Ensure all restaurants comply with Federal, State, and Local laws related to food safety, employee and guest safety, and labor regulations.
• Communicate timely and effectively with Tasty Hut leadership on issues impacting safety, employee environment, and restaurant profitability.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and on time, including financial reports and repair invoices.
• Exemplify company values and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in maintenance and facilities management, preferably within food service or retail operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage contracts and collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to safety and labor.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as reporting and invoicing accurately and timely.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with remodeling and construction permits and documentation.
• Familiarity with operational standards in the restaurant industry.
