As a Cashier at Hardee's, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant. This customer-facing position is critical to the guest experience, as you will be the first point of contact for our patrons. Your primary responsibility will be to process guest orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring they have a positive and pleasant dining experience. You'll work closely with your team to maintain a clean and orderly front counter while providing exceptional service that keeps our customers coming back. Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude and taking their orders accurately.
• Operating the cash register and point-of-sale system to handle transactions and process payments.
• Answering customer questions and assisting them with menu selections.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
• Handling cash and card payments with precision and integrity, including counting cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter, dining area, and beverage station.
• Assisting with restocking supplies and condiments as needed.
• Ensuring all company standards for food safety and guest service are consistently met.
