Responsibilities:

Meet the necessary criteria to guarantee compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines
Secure sales development, financial viability, and operational excellence

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum five years of significant leadership background required, with a preference for experience in the restaurant or retail sectors
Complete availability throughout the week, encompassing early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by the job
Confirmed capability in leading, advising, and enhancing the skills of others
Strong communication capabilities and adept interpersonal interactions are fundamental proficiencies
A hospitality professional should embody a customer-oriented outlook, self-awareness, and a dedication to personal advancement
Dependable transportation and the commitment to working over 45 hours per week are prerequisites
