Role and Responsibilities:

As a Area Manager, you will supervise a cluster of five to seven restaurant units, ensuring they meet financial guidelines, operational norms, and business practices. You will lead management teams toward increasing sales, maximizing profits, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while nurturing the professional development of your workforce.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to restaurant management teams to help them meet performance objectives.
• Maintain conformity with corporate policies, operational benchmarks, and guidelines.
• Track financial health and recognize opportunities for increasing profits.
• Boost sales performance and drive profitability in multiple locations.
• Establish a workplace culture that promotes positivity and collaboration among team members.
• Source, guide, and maintain skilled individuals in the region.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree coupled with more than three years of experience as a District Manager or Multi-unit operator in the restaurant field, or a similar mix of academic qualifications and hands-on expertise.
• Established track record of successfully directing and managing tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Skilled in managing performance appraisals and exhibiting strong leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated competence in financial analysis, reporting, and effective decision-making.
• Having a clean driving and legal record.
