Role and Responsibilities of Store General Manager:

• Manage the complete operational cycle of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and staff supervision.
• Capture, employ, assimilate, and retain team members in the workforce.
• Monitor employee numbers, coordinate work shifts, and evaluate job effectiveness.
• Aid in coaching, educating, and empowering staff and managers to realize organizational targets.
