Responsibilities:

Consistently and effectively execute all shift success routines and core operational procedures, including product projections, maintaining shift accountability, managing Repair & Maintenance (R&M) expenses, and controlling Cost of Sales/Cost of Labor (COS/COL).
• People Grower: Model and champion the How We Win Together (HWWT) and Achieving Breakthrough Results (ABR) cultural values within the store. Assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Unit Manager (AUM) in implementing team development and training strategies using the Learning Zone and hands-on coaching. Utilize the EARS Model (Explore, Analyze, Respond, and Making it Stick) as a coaching tool to build team capabilities. Hold team members accountable for performance that falls below expectations, and use recognition tools, such as CHAMPS cards, to reinforce outstanding results and breakthrough performance. Maintain and demonstrate positive, high-energy engagement at all times.
