Job Summary of Service Crew:

You are invited to be a part of the Five Guys Service Crew, an established favorite since 1986. This opportunity offers you the prospect of working alongside a team proficient and driven Service Crew where you can gain essential skills in customer service, food prep, and teamwork. Joining as a Service Crew entails receiving training in every facet of kitchen operations, from handling transactions at the register to preparing burgers, grilling, and managing the fry station. All Service Crews are expected to participate in cleaning duties as well. Remuneration for this position typically commences at minimum wage, with potential for higher payment recognizing experience and location. Additionally, there are avenues for earning tips and bonuses
