Responsibilities:

• Embody Leadership: Serve as the designated leader during your scheduled shifts, taking full ownership of all operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction. Your actions will be the standard the team follows.
• Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Quickly identify and address core issues in complex shift situations, encouraging team input and exploring innovative solutions that may challenge current practices (a Step Change Thinker).
• Operational Excellence & Accountability: Execute core operating procedures effectively, including managing shift accountability, accurately forecasting product needs, controlling Repair & Maintenance (R&M) expenses, and strictly monitoring Cost of Sales/Cost of Labor (COS/COL) targets on every shift (a Know How Builder).
• Team Development & Coaching: Actively support the store's leadership in implementing talent training strategies using the Learning Zone and hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder activities.
• Culture & Recognition: Champion the How We Win Together (HWWT) and Achieving Breakthrough Results (ABR) culture, using the EARS Model (Explore, Analyze, Respond, and Making it Stick) to coach and build team capability (a People Grower).
• Performance Management: Hold team members accountable when performance falls elw expectations and reinforce exceptional achievements by utilizing CHAMPS cards for reconition and positive reinforcement.
