As a Team Member, you'll be the friendly face of our restaurant. You'll work closely with your team to deliver exceptional service and delicious food to every guest. Your role involves everything from greeting customers with a smile and taking orders to preparing quality menu items and ensuring the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, a quick learner, and loves working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is key. You'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for both our customers and your fellow employees.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Must be able to handle the physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 60 pounds, and being able to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
  • Enjoys working in a high-energy, collaborative setting.
  • Dependable and consistent.
  • A positive and upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service and hospitality to all guests.
  • Prepare high-quality food that meets or exceeds company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace, including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and cleaning restrooms.
  • Be punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
  • Ensure the restaurant remains clean and inviting for customers at all times.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with management and fellow team members.
  • Adhere to all company policies regarding sanitation, safety, and security.
  • Consistently demonstrate a commitment to BNE's vision and values.
