Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team and help ensure our guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer care, possess strong teamwork skills, and be eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In this role, you'll set the standard for service excellence while supporting the development and success of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee team member training and development to encourage growth and improve performance.
• Coordinate training sessions focused on Cajun Hospitality, TIP-TOP service standards, and H.E.A.R.T. guidelines.
• Coach team members on how to balance suggestive selling with efficient drive-thru service for an enhanced customer experience.
• Train employees across various roles and assess their performance through regular evaluations.
• Create an effective communication channel between the Service and Production departments to enhance coordination.
• Lead the orientation and training of new Service team members with a structured five-day training program.
• Provide continuous coaching to crew trainers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Review and analyze Service Tracker data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks essential for smooth team and restaurant operations.
• Provide weekly sales forecasts and upcoming schedules to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM).
• Order food supplies and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Set goals and objectives for team meetings and evaluate restaurant performance using key metrics like the Success Scorecard/ACR.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues through the Qualtrics feedback system.
• Ensure all employees utilize Popeyes Academy to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of smallwares inventory using the Zenput tracking system.
• Ensure the restaurant is well-maintained, and follow up on any necessary maintenance tasks to ensure operational success.
• Collaborate with the RGM to address ongoing challenges affecting service and production teams.
• Ensure all daily responsibilities in the Image Calendar are completed via Zenput.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, cashier, drive-thru, and packing areas.
• Ensure the landscaping and signage meet curb appeal standards and are in good condition.
• Oversee the organization and quality of promotional materials and retail displays.
• Implement end-of-day procedures for front-of-house and drive-thru operations, including speed metrics.
• Ensure the store's music and digital menu boards are in proper working order.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service leadership role is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and administrative tasks.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required.

Salary:

We offer a competitive pay rate along with overtime compensation at 1.5x the regular hourly rate for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week. Typical work hours range from 45 to 50 hours weekly.
