Restaurant General Manager

Job Summary

Wingstop is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our high-energy restaurant locations. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in restaurant leadership—especially those with Wingstop experience—who are passionate about driving operational excellence, motivating teams, and delivering exceptional guest service. As General Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, team development, and ensuring profitability and compliance. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and team performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a respectful and engaging work culture.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality and encouraging team accountability.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and ordering to optimize food and labor costs.
• Monitor financial performance, set goals, and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as company policies.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and reinforce company values.
• Partner with district and regional leadership to support marketing initiatives and community engagement.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores.
• Create an environment of continuous improvement and promote internal growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Leadership Experience in Restaurant or Food Service Management (Wingstop experience is highly preferred)
• Valid Food Manager Certification (required)
• Valid TABC Certification (required)
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned store(s) (required)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays (required)
• Non-slip black shoes required as part of the uniform
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and mentoring staff
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
