Role and Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of restaurant operations to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and compliance.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure food quality, customer service, hygiene, and teamwork consistently meet Wingstop standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees in a supportive, motivating, and performance-driven environment.
• Lead by example, fostering accountability and a culture of hospitality and excellence among the team.
• Optimize cost efficiency through effective inventory control, scheduling, and procurement processes.
• Monitor financial performance, set goals, and implement strategies to boost profitability and productivity.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards as well as company policies.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives and reinforce company values.
• Collaborate with district and regional leaders to execute marketing initiatives and strengthen community engagement.
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth for all employees.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to lead and manage restaurant operations efficiently, with preference for prior Wingstop leadership experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification is required.
• Active TABC Certification must be maintained.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to designated store locations.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with uniform standards, including non-slip black footwear.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and inspiring team excellence.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all responsibilities.
