Role and Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of restaurant operations to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and compliance.
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure food quality, customer service, hygiene, and teamwork consistently meet Wingstop standards.
Recruit, train, and develop employees in a supportive, motivating, and performance-driven environment.
Lead by example, fostering accountability and a culture of hospitality and excellence among the team.
Optimize cost efficiency through effective inventory control, scheduling, and procurement processes.
Monitor financial performance, set goals, and implement strategies to boost profitability and productivity.
Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards as well as company policies.
Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives and reinforce company values.
Collaborate with district and regional leaders to execute marketing initiatives and strengthen community engagement.
Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth for all employees.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven ability to lead and manage restaurant operations efficiently, with preference for prior Wingstop leadership experience.
Valid Food Manager Certification is required.
Active TABC Certification must be maintained.
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to designated store locations.
Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compliance with uniform standards, including non-slip black footwear.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
