The role of an Assistant Store Leader encompasses overseeing store operations entirely and directing your team towards delivering exceptional results. This position is full-time and salaried, requiring accountability for managing personnel, ensuring operational efficiency, driving sales, and securing profits.

• Take charge of overseeing store operations to maintain strict adherence to all established policies and procedures.
• Show the way through your actions, establishing the norm for team behavior, productivity, and ethos.
• Offer training and coaching to team members, whether they are inexperienced in leadership positions or the process of making pizzas.
• Oversee the coordination of store employees' schedules, staffing levels, and job performance.
• Keep the work environment safe and conducive to productivity.
• Ensure that sales, operational objectives, and profitability targets are achieved as planned.
• Cultivate a culture of effective communication within the team and with upper management by promoting active listening and clear expression of ideas.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Projecting a positive mindset and embodying a spirited approach.
• Over two years of experience in juggling multiple management responsibilities.
• Past experience working with Domino's or managing several stores and employees concurrently.
• The criteria specify individuals who are over 18 years old and have maintained a good driving record.
• Proficient handling of Outlook and email functions.
• It is essential to have a high school diploma or its comparable alternative.
• Meet the standards of background inquiries and demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
• Possessing the ability to live close to the store's location.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Make a yearly income of $70,000 to $100,000.
• Salaried role with room for progression within the organization.
