Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary guest area.
• Capability to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods, light lifting, and carrying.
• Must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule, encompassing evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the prompt and thorough cleaning and sanitization of dining tables after guest departure.
• Reset tables efficiently with appropriate silverware, glassware, and other necessary items according to established standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room floor, chairs, and surrounding areas.
• Proactively identify and address any spills or messes in the dining area to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Assist with refilling condiments and maintaining their presentation on tables.
• Support servers by delivering water, bread, or other items as requested, enhancing the guest experience.
• Properly dispose of trash and recyclables from the dining area throughout the shift.
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Assist with general restaurant cleanliness tasks as needed, including cleaning restrooms and maintaining common areas.
