Role and Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Kitchen Supervisor, you will assist in coordinating kitchen and dining operations to ensure excellent service and smooth processes. Your responsibilities include:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or practical experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
• Experience supervising fast-food establishments.
• Understanding of food and beverage analytics, product requirements, and management practices.
• Proficient in food preparation, production, and distribution, ensuring strict compliance with food safety standards.
• Demonstrated leadership, maintaining composure and professionalism under challenging situations.
• Experience handling confidential information responsibly and involving relevant stakeholders appropriately.
• Eagerness to develop skills across all restaurant operations and manage multiple workstations.
• Positive attitude and genuine willingness to assist and support others.
